How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free. We collect a card up front through Stripe, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel anytime in those 14 days from your billing settings and you won't be charged at all. After day 14, it's $19/month unless you've cancelled.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export every donor and volunteer record to CSV any time, no plan restriction, no support ticket required — before, during, or after cancellation.
Can I actually cancel anytime, with no contract?
Yes. No annual contract, no notice-period clause — cancel from your billing settings whenever you want.
Is there a setup fee or an onboarding call required?
No. Set a password after checkout and start using it immediately — no sales call, no scheduled onboarding project.
Does volunteer tracking cost extra?
No. It's included in the $19/month price, not a paid add-on.
Can more than one person log in?
Yes. From your Profile page, add a login for anyone else on your board — full account access, same as you. No per-user fee.
Is my donor data secure?
Everything runs over HTTPS and passwords are salted and hashed, never stored in plain text. Briskly is a new, small product — it doesn't carry formal compliance certifications like SOC 2, and we won't claim otherwise.
Do volunteers need to create an account to sign up for a shift?
No. Turn on your public signup link from the Schedule page and share it — volunteers see open shifts and sign themselves up with just their name and email, no account or login required, at no extra cost.
Can volunteers see their own shifts and hours without asking the coordinator?
Yes. Every volunteer gets their own private link showing their upcoming shifts and total hours — they can join a new open shift or cancel one they can't make directly, no account or password needed.
Can donors get their own receipt without asking us?
Yes. Every donor can get their own private link showing their full giving history and a button to view or print their own receipt anytime — no account, no waiting on a reply, and they can correct their own contact info if it's out of date.
Can I see donor retention rate and giving trends, not just totals?
Yes. The Insights page computes donor retention rate, new vs. returning donors, giving by year, donor segmentation by giving level, and volunteer engagement automatically from your existing records — plus an optional public Impact Summary to share the same numbers with no login needed to view it.
