Terms of Service

Last updated August 4, 2026.

In plain language: $19/month, flat, no setup fee, no long-term contract, cancel anytime. Your data is yours — export it whenever you want. Don't use Briskly for anything illegal, don't try to break it, and don't store data you don't have the right to store. We provide the software as-is and can't take on unlimited liability for a $19/month product, which is standard for software like this.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of Briskly (getbriskly.com and the application it provides). By creating an account or using Briskly, you agree to them. If you're accepting these terms for an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to do so, and "you" refers to that organization.

2. The service

Briskly is donor and volunteer tracking software for small nonprofits: donor and donation records, volunteer and hours records, shift scheduling, reports, and related features described on getbriskly.com. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we'll use reasonable judgment not to remove something you rely on without notice where practical.

3. Accounts

4. Subscription and billing

5. Your data

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section, and we'll try to give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first unless the violation involves illegal activity or a security risk.

7. Third-party services

Briskly relies on third-party providers to operate — currently Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and storage). Your use of Briskly is also subject to those providers' own terms where you interact with them directly (for example, entering your card details on Stripe's checkout page).

8. Intellectual property

Briskly, its software, design, and branding are owned by us. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond what's needed to use the service as intended. You retain all rights to the data you enter, as described in Section 5.

9. Disclaimers

Briskly is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what's described on getbriskly.com. Donation receipts and letters generated by Briskly are templates, not tax or legal advice — consult a tax professional about deductibility and compliance for your organization.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Briskly won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Briskly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

11. Termination

You can stop using Briskly and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material violation of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice; in either case, we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first, except where that isn't practical (for example, a security or legal issue requiring immediate action).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for active account holders, note it somewhere you'll reasonably see it. Continuing to use Briskly after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Disputes

If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first at support@getbriskly.com — most things are resolvable directly. These terms are governed by generally applicable principles of contract law, interpreted in good faith by both sides.
